Tsk! Tsk! Tsk!

We don’t quite know what to say about the latest round of ugliness and smear tactics against Laura Nicholson —

Does this add more proof to what many have been saying about this board for the last few years?  That if someone speaks out against them or even attempts to join their ranks that they risk the wrath of small-minded and mean-spirited people who will not just bully and intimidate — but who seem to enjoy hurting others?

We hope the present board members, including Anne Medenblik, will publicly denounce the redneck politics that seek to win votes through fear and prejudice and mud-slinging.

We are sorry that seeking to run for office and exercise the right to a run-off, provided by law, would incur such personal and hateful attacks on a candidate’s family members.
